Eyes down for a new bingo industry magazine
Discover how a complete redesign transformed the Bingo Association’s membership magazine into Bingo Connect, creating stronger engagement, modern appeal and increased value for advertisers.
Specialised Movers approached us with a website that was no longer working effectively for their business. The existing site suffered from unclear content, weak or missing calls to action, and no strong positioning statement to differentiate the company. The homepage lacked hierarchy, making it difficult for users to understand the services offered or navigate to the information they needed.
In addition, various parts of the organisation were represented across separate websites, causing fragmentation and confusion for customers. The brand’s high quality standards and range of services were not being communicated clearly or consistently.
We set out to create a user‑friendly, fully unified website that clearly showcased the breadth and professionalism of Specialised Movers.
Our approach included:
The redesigned Specialised Movers website now provides a clear, intuitive, and compelling user experience. Visitors can easily understand the company’s offering, explore its full range of services, and take action through the well‑placed CTAs.
The unified site structure has simplified navigation and eliminated the confusion caused by multiple separate websites. The new content delivers clarity, professionalism, and a strong sense of brand identity, while the refreshed design brings energy and consistency to the online presence.
Overall, the project has resulted in a modern, strategically structured website that better communicates the quality and capabilities of Specialised Movers—and is far more effective for both users and the business.
